Originally from rural Saskatchewan, I’ve been part of several choirs through the years – high school Glee Club, a community choir, a women’s acapella group, as well as a handbell choir. I was also part of a Community Dinner Theatre group, and it was a lot of fun being part of those musical productions. Several years ago, two good friends and I began singing together. We called our trio The Best of Friends, and sang at numerous events in and around the area. A highlight for me was doing a recording at Danceland, at Manitou Beach.

I moved from the farm to Saskatoon a couple of years ago after retiring from my job as an admin assistant. Life now revolves around babysitting grandkids, staying connected with friends and family, doing a bit of yoga, and Joy of Vox. Making music and singing harmony makes my heart happy, and I thoroughly enjoy the fun, relaxed atmosphere of this group!
